We only work with small groups  of the right players; if your attitude stinks then this programme is not for you.
This are the types of attributes we look for in the ideal candidates:
  • A desire to excel
  • A healthy attitude towards work
  • An assured level of talent
  • A willingness to listen, learn and implement
The players below have made fantastic progress since starting to work with us and continue to do so

Who do we work with?

An England under-17 international, Layton has scored six goals in 17 appearances at that level in his career so far – including a hat-trick against Cyprus in October 2014.

"On the road back from injury, PLP have given me tremendous support mentally and physically, to get back playing at my peak again"

Playing for Leicester U23s, he has gone from strength to strength; training with the first team and scoring  a headline grabbing stunning goal - Beckham style - from his own half.

"Working with  PLP upped my game"

Working in partnership with PLP, 19-year-old Beryly Lubala has agreed his second year professional contract, having penned a 12-month deal with Birmingham City.

The attacking midfielder joined Blues' Academy in 2014.

Since then he has played for the Club's Under-18s side and was a regular for the Under-23s last season, he helped them finish the campaign strongly with just one loss in the last 11 matches.

Beryly started working with us, mainly to improve his focus and levels of confidence.  We have seen huge improvements in his confidence and as a result of this his ability has enhanced across the board.

We have worked with George on an individual basis for the past 3 years. He is just about to start his scholarship after being low in confidence.

"Dave's ability to communicate and relate to me has helped me so much. I have not only improved my game but its helped my mindset too"

Since working with George we have seen notable improvements in his technical development as well as his psychological development, all of which means he is a better player and enjoys the game more.
