Off Season Programme

The off-season represents an important time for you to fully recover, prepare for the next season. Our tailored off season programmes contain essential strength and conditioning sessions which are assessed to ensure you come back to pre-season prepared for day one.

Our unique selective exercises during this phase are characterised by individual injury prevention strength maintenance and general strength training plus functional fitness exercises for overall development. The object during this phase is to protect the joints, ligaments and tendons to minimise injury on your return to pre-season.

PLP Off Season - Platinum 

  • 2 sessions per week (2 hours per session)

  • Comprehensive Fitness assessment PLP

  • Progressive conditioning sessions

  • Optimal strength sessions

  • Cognitive coaching

  • Nutrition coaching (Inc. bespoke off season meal plan)

  • Additional weekly online strength and conditioning session

  • £50 per session

PLP Off Season - Gold

  • 2 sessions per week (1.5 hours per session)

  • Progressive conditioning sessions

  • Optimal strength sessions

  • Additional weekly online strength and conditioning session

  • £25 per session

PLP Off Season - Silver 

  • 1 sessions per week (1.5 hours per session)

  • Progressive conditioning sessions

  • Optimal strength sessions

  • Additional weekly online strength and conditioning session
